Come celebrate Desert Adventures' 45th Anniversary with a Chili Cook-off: Fire up your crock pots and participate in the chili cook-off.
We have booked the Ramada at Usery Mountain from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Spend the day hiking, reading, or just relaxing and enjoying spending time with your DA family. We will have some outdoor activities. If you have a favorite, please bring it along.
Deby and Barb are cooking up some wonderful prizes for the Cookoff Participants. We will have extension cords and surge protectors for the crock pots.
We will have a secret voting. Lunch @12:30 with voting to follow @1:30 and clean up @3:00. Everyone is more than welcome to hang around after to visit.
You are welcome to bring appetizers or side dishes. Also to bring your beverage of choice.
DA will provide: Water, Chips/Dip & a Sausage and cheese tray w/crackers and anniversary cake.
The address is 3939 N. Usery Pass Rd., Mesa, AZ 85207. We have Ramada D1. There is a $7.00 fee per vehicle to enter the park. You may want to rideshare.
